I was a Middle/High-School Teacher and Counselor for 10 years, and have worked with children with special needs. I've since taken a break to focus on being a mom for a bit--which has had the added benefit of having time to turn my hobby into "Fancy Nancy Faces." I onl

y use paints that are made for face/body painting. The brands I use are (in no particular order): Snazaroo, Wolfe, Paradise, TAG, Kryolan, and Diamond FX. All are water-based paints. Please note that I will not paint over sores, rashes, or broken skin. I will also not paint on an individual who is showing symptoms of a cold. To remove paints: using mild soap, work up a lather to loosen the paint and rinse. Baby oil or lotion can be used for any staining (rub, leave on for 15 minutes, wash off). These staining effects do fade. Please keep in mind that a design can take anywhere from one minute (for a plain rainbow, simple flower, heart, etc.) to 8 minutes (more elaborate designs). Belly paints and extremely detailed work (for costumes) can take over an hour, depending on the design. You can contact me at [email protected]
