During a trip last year to Spain, chef Sam felt in love with a Spanish toast that had Salmorejo on it. Salmorejo is normally a thick chilled Spanish soup from the Andalusia region. It’s an extra boost of flavor that compliments our heirloom tomato bruschetta, keeping it vegan.
