Job : Morning Prep Cook & Night Shift Dishwasher
Pay : Prep $22/hr Dish $20/hr
Start Date : ASAP
Schedule : Prep Wednesday-Sunday start between 6-9 am end between 12-3 pm and
Dish - Wednesday-Sunday 4-close (8:30-9:30pm)
Job Description: Prep - You will be required to make and roll pizza dough each day , and occasionally gluten free pizza dough . You will be responsible for cleaning and organizing the prep area and Cleaning your utensils and dishes each day at the end of your shift . You will be asked to prepare various ingredients such as slicing vegetables, using the meat slicer , grinding sausage , making brine etc … Must have valid food handlers card and basic knife skills .
Dish - You will be required to wash and organize all dishes both from prep and lunch / dinner service . You will be required to keep the dish area clean and organized each day . You will be asked to help with various utility tasks such as taking out the trash , scrubbing the refrigerators and floors , deep cleaning the cooking equipment and minimal help with food preparation and organization . Must have valid food handlers card and reliable transportation.
