Nine months of planning… and one photo to show for it. 😅

The Keffer Raftery welcome dinner and wedding has been in the works for almost a year — We provided full service planning from booking the venue, every vendor to pulling together all the details: transportation, menu selection, centerpieces, candles, linens, furniture rentals, musicians, live cooking donut bar, photo booth… all the things that make a night feel effortless.

But here’s the truth: I’m your logistics girl, not your content creator. When the day comes, I’m busy cueing musicians, directing vendors, managing timelines, and making sure every moment unfolds exactly the way it should.

So yes… I took exactly one photo. 📸

I can’t wait to share the full recap once the beautiful images from come in. Trust me — it was a night worth the wait.

Last night’s Welcome Dinner was flawless. Perhaps for the big day today I’ll manage to take more pictures.

7:00am hair + makeup with
4 hours of sleep thanks to the littlest.
One very strong coffee crushed in route to the Bridal Bizarre!

Then it’s off to pick up florals from our favorite florist, and step into a full day of serving couples with as they prep of the biggest days of their lives. (My biggest tip: spend as much time preparing for your marriage as you do for the big day.)

A little behind-the-scenes truth:
If my Instagram isn’t perfectly curated, it’s because I’m usually doing the actual work — building timelines, coordinating vendors, managing details, and being the calm presence when everything starts moving fast.

Wedding planning isn’t content creation.
It’s 20 years of experience, logistics, team leadership, and knowing what matters most when the pressure cooker turns on — especially in the final 30 days.

Two dances.
Two very different moments.
Both unforgettable.

A choreographed first dance filled with joy and personality, followed by a father–daughter dance that had the whole room feeling it.

What guests don’t always see are the quiet moments in between — swapping out cowboy hats, placing jackets and decks of cards in place, the DJ queued, and the photo and video team ready — all working together to make the magic feel effortless.
