⛱️What inspired you to work in the food industry?
-I’ve always loved being in the kitchen—cooking with my dad or baking with my sister and grandma. My time in the service industry inspired me to turn that passion into a career, with the goal of spreading joy and bringing people together through food.
⛱️What’s your favorite dish on the menu?
- hands down, our favorite burger or I can’t miss a taco on Tuesday. Birria can’t be missed 🤌🏻
⛱️What’s your all-time favorite meal (doesn’t have to be from here)?
-Favorite food I could eat for the rest of my life is my grandmother’s lumpia. Has to be made from scratch!
⛱️Favorite way to spend a day off?
-I love exploring new cafés with my sister or boyfriend to add to my San Diego café journal where I log and rate each spot, or just heading to the beach, always.
⛱️One fun fact people might not know about you?
-I have a twin—people mix us up all the time(lol), especially since we work together!
