👋🏼 I’m baaaaaaack!!!!
HI EVERYONE! I’ve been having the sweetest time being at home with my new baby girl (pictures to come, don’t worry 😉) but I am SO excited to be jumping back into wedding coordination in the new year. I can’t wait to connect with some amazing couples this year - tell your friends, tell your family…Weddings with Suzie is back and ready to make your event dreams a reality! ✨

I’ve got good news and bad news…the bad news is that I won’t be accepting weddings for the year of 2022 but the good news is that I have a future assistant coordinator on the way! 😉
Thank you to all who have supported Weddings with Suzie up to this point - I am so grateful 🤍 Thank you for your understanding as I take this time away to become a mama ✨ I’ll be back :) CHEERS!

A few months ago, I completed The Union Mastermind, a collective mentorship program with expert wedding planner ✨
Throughout my time in the program, I learned SO much, but here are some of the highlights:

✨ KINDNESS is a superpower in the wedding industry. It can set you apart from other vendors - I sure hope it sets me apart. :)
✨ People do business with people. Be a person people want to do business with.
✨ Communicating expectations and boundaries ensures satisfaction for both clients and vendors. No one wants to be unpleasantly surprised with unmet expectations - happy clients come from good planners with good communication skills. 👌🏼
✨ DONE IS BETTER THAN PERFECT.
✨ Book with vendors you want to be friends with - be a vendor people want to be friends with. :)

This is just one of the ways I try to constantly be improving and learning as a wedding planner. I’m so grateful to get to do what I love with 🤍

Introducing my assistant (and husband, teammate, and best friend) Griffin! 🎉
Griffin has been there from the start of Weddings with Suzie, assisting me with each event I’ve done! Whether he’s hanging out with a group of friends, or working a wedding for a stranger, he has a way of winning people over. He’s the centeredness I need on a busy wedding day 🙌🏼 I’m so thankful for this husband of mine who assists me in doing what I love!
