Big Oven Pizza Kearny Mesa Mobile Wood Fired Pizza Our wood fired pizza business started from making homemade pizzas for family and friends.

This turned into a journey of perfecting pizza which included visiting Naples, Italy — where some of the best pizzas in the world are made. We saw first hand how much time and care is made into making Neapolitan pizzas, prepared with simple and fresh ingredients. And we knew we had to do the same when crafting our pizza business. Our oven is imported from Italy and cooks pizzas at 900 degrees in 9

0 seconds. We use the highest quality and freshest ingredients. Our pizza dough is light and airy and made using 00 Italian flour. And our tomato sauce is prepared using San Marzano Italian tomatoes famous for their rich and sweet flavors. From our family to yours, we put lots of love and careful attention into each pizza made. We hope you enjoy our pizzas as much as we enjoy bringing them to you.
