This April, we’re bringing back our 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, and we’re focusing on one of our favorites—matcha 🍵

These are hands-on, after-hours workshops where we hang out, talk shop, and teach you how to make a solid matcha latte from start to finish. No pressure, no experience needed—just good people, good drinks, and a little behind-the-scenes action.

This Laguna Niguel Storytime is designed for little ones ages 0–3 and is a relaxed way for families to gather, read, and enjoy a fun spring craft together.

Ever wanted to go behind the bar and learn how baristas pour those perfect latte designs? Our Offshore Sessions are back this March, and we’re focusing on one of the most requested skills in specialty coffee, Latte Art.

Join the baristas at High Tide Coffee for a hands-on evening where we’ll talk shop, practice milk steaming, and learn the techniques behind pouring classic latte art. Whether you’re brand new to coffee or already love making espresso at home, this workshop is designed to be relaxed, fun, and interactive.

Expect good coffee, great conversation, and plenty of practice time behind the espresso machine.

✨ What you'll learn:

How to steam silky microfoam milk
The basics of espresso balance
Pouring techniques for simple latte art designs
Tips our baristas use every day behind the bar
