Can you give an update on the remodel to your customers and FB followers?
Not happy that no one can explain when the remodeling is going to be finished. Is it a secret??
Not even a general estimate or timeline??? I called, and also went down to the facility to ask.
How can you be booking parties and promoting groupons when 3 out of 6 games aren't working right now? ......with no estimate of when the construction should be completed??
Today is a weekday, and there was no one there even working on it.
In my opinion, that's not very good management from Corporate if you can't tell your customers when your facility (even a general estimate within 1 or 2 weeks) will be up and running it it's entirety.....so people can plan their events.
I can understand if you tore the building down, but remodeling structures should only take a few weeks at the most.
A big thank you to Rockin' Jump for donating to our upcoming fundraiser at Roosevelt Elementary School! We couldn't do it without such an amazing community!
You all have such great customer service... I was standing there and even knocked to get some information but you don't open the door. Great, happy to take my business elsewhere
Dear Manager, @ San Carlos Rockin Jump, My experience with your location at this time is extremely poor. I am really surprised by how bad your service is. I have called several times on your phone number to reserve a birthday party , I am told every single time that you are busy . I have also left my phone number with you every time i called so you can call me when you get free. I havent received a single call back, This afternoon your representative hung up when I was trying to explain and find how i would reserve an event. In addition your web site did not work the 2-3 separate occasions I tried to make a reservation there. I do understand you may get busy at times, But what I dont understand is your inability to take messages can call back to make a reservation. This is really disgusting .
