The Skyline College Concert Band is a 50-member ensemble of musicians who play woodwind, brass, and percussion instruments. The musicians - from teenagers to great-grandparents - rehearse every Tuesday night during the school year under course number MUS. 430. Performance repertoire includes classical, pops, and jazz music featured at community events, sporting events, showcases, and concerts in a

The Skyline College Jazz Band is performing at Empty Bowls 2025 on March 24!

Tickets for Empty Bowls 2025 are on sale February 24!

Join us for a soup dinner, with entertainment provided by the Skyline College Dance Program, Jazz Band, and Soundscape Vocal Jazz. Attendees can select from a collection of colorful and unique ceramic bowls made by students, faculty, and staff from Skyline College, CSM, and Capuchino High School.

One ticket, one bowl, $15. All proceeds go to the Skyline College SparkPoint Center Food Pantry.
