YAPS will participate in the Betty White Challenge!

Local resident, Karen Griffenhagen, made a donation to YAPS in memory of Betty White on January 2nd. Karen's donation has inspired YAPS to take part in the Betty White challenge on January 17th, White's 100th Birthday.

YAPS is typically closed on Monday's but on Monday, January 17th, we will open to accept donations. Donors will have the opportunity to take a photo with a YAPS pet that can be posted on personal social media pages with the hashtag . We want to give the local community an opportunity to participate with this viral challenge.

If you can't make it to YAPS, then you can donate online and we will email a photo of a YAPS pet to you! More details to come soon.

2022 is going to be a great year! ..Because 2020 taught me that it doesn't matter if holidays fall on the right days or my plans are altered by a global pandemic. The only thing that matters is that right now, this moment, I am where I was meant to be, doing what I was meant to do, with the people I want to be with.
