A lot of people looking for bartenders think, if they provide their own alcohol and mixers it’ll save them money, in reality it’s the contrary… the alcohol and mixers alone will cost a few hundred dollars, plus driving to multiple stores to obtain everything on the list, TIME is MONEY.

When a bartender quotes you, majority of the rate you pays goes to supplies, ingredients, gas and paying staff by paying your bartender for a full package saves the client from the frustrating task of shopping for the bar.

God forbid the person who’s responsible for the bar supplies catches a flat tire causing them to be an hour late while most other party guest are at the venue waiting for the bar to open. (True story)
