-Manage, train, and motivate banquet servers, bartenders, and setup crews.
-Oversee event timelines, floor plans, and guest logistics from arrival to teardown.
-Ensure premium food presentation, service standards, and safety compliance.
-Act as the primary point of contact during events to exceed client expectations.
