Curious Twins Paranormal & Ghost Tours Started in 2017, we are a local family-owned historic tour company that seeks to create equitable perspectives of history and the paranormal.

We care deeply about history, folklore and authentic paranormal experiences. We are Curious Twins (Fred & Stephen). What differentiates us from other paranormal companies is that we care deeply about history, folklore and authentic paranormal experiences. For example: We don't do jump scares, we don't make up stories, and we don't dress up as characters. In our tours and investigations, we do our best to establish what is fact and what is fiction. Every year we host two large paranormal conferences: The San Antonio Psychic & Spirit Fest (every May) and The San Antonio Paranormal Fest (every September). In 2025, we were excited to coordinate with the New England Society of Psychic Research (NESPR) to showcase the notorious haunted Annabelle Doll to over 1500 visitors. Our past community partners include: The San Antonio River Authority, Government Canyon State Natural Area, The Nat Washer Masonic Lodge and The King William Association. Recently, we launched a dark tourism podcast called “Curious Travels: A Morbid Travel Guide” and a weekly blog titled, “The Morbid Travel Guide,” accessible at morbidtravelguide.com.

In celebration of Devil's Night (October 30), Curious Twins will offer a Tour & Séance at a real haunted San Antonio property, Victoria’s Black Swan Inn. The mansion sits upon the site of two former Texas battles as well as indigenous burial. It was once an iconic dairy farm, and has been the site of several deaths, rumors, and perhaps a murder.

THE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
• A walking tour of the home and grounds, where guides will share the haunts and history of the property.
• A guided séance showcasing multiple spirit communication tools. Guests may volunteer to participate.

DEVIL-ATTIRE ENCOURAGED:
Whether you choose classic horns and pitchforks, a glamorous crimson gown, or a more modern, subtle take, a devil-themed dress code is highly encouraged! The evening will be also be led by two curious devils!

WHAT IS DEVIL'S NIGHT?
Devil's Night, also known as Mischief Night, is the term for October 30th, the evening directly preceding Halloween. Historically, the date is associated with a tradition of escalated pranks, vandalism, and petty acts of mischief carried out by youth.

When the Halloween festivities wind down, the night isn’t over. At midnight, join Curious Twins inside Victoria’s Black Swan Inn for Midnight Crawlers, a candlelit tour of one of San Antonio’s most notoriously haunted historic homes.

In old Halloween folklore, the dead were said to return to places they once knew as October 31 gave way to November 1. It’s a fitting night to hear the inn’s dark history, tragic folklore, and ghost stories.

After the tour, we’ll gather for an Electronic Candlelit Séance, using modern investigation tools as guests join us in an attempt to connect with the spirit world.

This Saturday's Haunted Home Tour at Victoria's Black Swan Inn is rain or shine!

This daytime tour of the home and grounds can be adjusted to rainy weather, with most of the tour taking place inside the home. Currently, only guests who book tours with us are allowed inside the old mansion. We will share about the long history of the property as well as the stories of its haunts.

This is a 1-hour tour. (We offer more in depth tours, events, and private tours of the property.)

This October, you're invited to join us to investigate a real masonic lodge with a history of paranormal activity.

You can explore the deep history and paranormal mysteries of the Nat Washer Masonic Lodge, located in the heart of San Antonio's King William Historic District. This building has lived many lives—as a private residence, a doctor’s office, and even a funeral viewing parlor.

Explore the lodge and the surrounding King William neighborhood with experienced paranormal investigators. After a short walking tour of the neighborhood, we will offer you the use of our paranormal research equipment to use for independent investigation on three floors of the haunted mansion, including the basement.

Halloween season is almost here, and this October you can join us for a series of haunted history cemetery tours at San Antonio's City Cemetery #1. As the sun sets just east of downtown, we invite you to step into local history. We will guide you through the old dirt and gravel paths of the cemetery as we share the tales of the spirits who shaped our city.

After your tour, the final half-hour offers an optional hands-on introduction to ghost hunting and spirit communication, complete with paranormal equipment for you to test out yourself. It is an educational, engaging experience perfect for history buffs and curious souls of all ages.
