🔊 FREE DANCE PARTIES at HEMISFAIR! 🔊

Since 2017, Sound Cream Sunset Sessions have been a staple in the city’s cultural calendar with their weekly dance party and DJ showcase at Pearl Park. This year, they are growing and moving to San Antonio’s new urban oasis, Civic Park ! This Summer, Thursday evenings at Civic Park will be a dance destination for EVERYONE.

Splash in The Springs, stroll the local vendor market by , and picnic on The Great Lawn with DJs from across Texas and music from around the world.

Know before you go :
* Event is free and open to all ages.
* Pets are welcome, but they must be on a leash.
* Coolers are welcome, but NO GLASS allowed.
* Five interactive water features will be on site and open the duration of the event. So dress/pack accordingly if you want to get wet.
* Each week will have a local vendor market curate by
* There are multiple public, paid parking lots on site and additional paid and free public parking in the surrounding area.
* Feel free to bring food or purchase food on site from multiple businesses and vendors.
* Bathrooms and water fountains are available at Civic Park.
* No fire or personal BBQ pits permitted.

Created by two music enthusiasts and parents, Sunset Sessions merges the music and culture of nightlife with the inclusive and recharging atmosphere of the great outdoors. Through the power of their retrofitted Airstream DJ booth, disco lights, and BIG sound, they can turn any green space into a dance floor for ALL.

Have y’all heard of GALentines Day? Celebrated the day before Valentines, it’s a day to show love to the special ladies and friends in your life. Come celebrate by picnicking and dancing in the sunshine with us at next Sunday, February 13th at a special Sound Cream Shoutout night! We’re inviting attendees to come inside the airstream DJ booth to sift through records from and select songs to play for their Galentine(s) on the grass. We will have DJ Chacho on the decks and gorgeous weather. 4pm-7:30pm. Free and family friendly 💕❤️💕
