When Brandi from The Lemonade Circle called me and asked me to cater the 1st gala fundraiser, I was completely on board. I really appreciate when clients give me the freedom to create the menu and I love every second of it. So, I decided to put together a soul food buffet with a side of breakfast. Continental grazing table by .kitchen2020 . I shared my vision for a Lemonade stand with Courtney, and she really brought it to life. I also hired to bartend the bar. I have to say, this nonprofit work truly touches my heart because I deeply care about mentoring young girls and supporting the community. Enjoy the video.

Being a caterer is rewarding—not just because I get to cook for people, but because I get to be part of their most special moments. I get to witness people at their happiest. From weddings to honoring loved ones, from family reunions that bring everyone back together to graduations that celebrate hard work and achievement. From my annual Fiesta event to corporate Christmas parties, every occasion matters.
These people trust me—often without even knowing me—to make sure their event goes off without a hitch. Many don’t realize the pressure that comes with that responsibility, the care and precision it takes to ensure every detail is right and every guest feels taken care of.
But 2025 has been an incredible year. I gained so many new clients, met so many wonderful people, and learned a great deal about myself along the way. My business has grown by leaps and bounds, and for that, I am truly grateful.
