The time has come!!
This April my husband graduates from BYU, and in May he commissions for the Air Force. And in July, we’ll be moving!!

I’ve been in Utah for almost 6 years now. I never thought I would be here this long, but I’m so grateful for the time I’ve had, the friendships, memories, and photos I’ve gotten to take. Utah will always be the place I started my nursing career, grew my photography business, and met the love of my life.

But we can’t even tell you how excited we are for the new adventure.
For one thing, Nick could not be more pumped to no longer be a student 😂 it’s been a long time coming for him and the senioritis has unfortunately been hitting him hard (pls keep him in your prayers during this difficult time 😞). And for another we’re just ready for a change!

So come July, we’ll be moving to SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS!

We can’t wait to embrace the heat and humidity, the barbecue, and of course Buc-ee’s.

If you have friends or family in Texas needing photos, I’ll be taking sessions and weddings from late July on!

And don’t worry, we both have so much family in Utah and know we’ll be coming back at least once a year. And I’m always happy for an excuse to come back, so never hesitate to ask about Utah based photo shoots and weddings!

Let’s talk about pricing for international work.

I’ve travelled a decent amount the last few years, with 2025 taking the cake with my first international wedding in May in Rome, and a few short months later another gorgeous destination wedding in Puerto Rico. The year before that I took my first trip overseas to Europe for a photography retreat and had the most amazing time photographing around the Alps in Italy, Switzerland, and Austria, and a few years before that I did my first ever destination wedding in Mexico.

I LOVE traveling and getting to travel for photography is an especially amazing experience, but I think a lot of couples assume it’s going to cost them at least $10k to bring a photographer to their destination between the costs of the work and the travel on top of that.

So here’s what my pricing for an international elopement includes:
12 hour of coverage on your wedding day
A sneak peek gallery delivered within 48 hours
A full gallery of 700+ photos
An additional 1 hour session on a separate day in your elopement location (can be used for formals or a casual session, your choice)
2 rolls of film
A printed album
And all travel costs.

Of course in addition that all that, I offer my help to any couple that needs it on timeline creation, location options, and any other logistical wisdom I can offer.

All of that is included in my pricing for an international elopement at $5000.

When most people think of film they think of 90’s, flash, lowlight, grain, moody and vibe-y type of film, but film offers SO MANY different looks.
If you’re looking for fine art, luxury, editorial type of film, 120 is the one. The colors, the shadows and highlights, the resolution. It screams high class.

New edit looking absolutely sublime in the capitol 😍 and a special thanks to .jo.l and Wesley for letting me take one million film photos at their shoot! I looked like a crazy person carrying around about 4 cameras but it was worth it!
