Hi. 👋🏼 It’s been a minute.

Just popping in with our faces because we realized we’ve been hiding behind the camera a lot lately. 😂

We’re still here. Still working. Still absolutely obsessed with what we get to do.

We’ve also been trying to find a better balance between loving this business and loving our life outside of it.

The truth is, we LOVE photographing and filming weddings. Like, whole heart, dream-job, pinch-us kind of love.

And while we could never imagine giving up this job we love so much, we also don’t want to look back one day and realize we documented everyone else’s memories while missing too many of our own.

So for 2027, we’re intentionally taking on fewer weddings and keeping a little more space for our family and our weekends together.

That said… we do still have a few 2027 dates open. 👀

And 2028 books will be opening soon, which feels absolutely insane to even type. 😂

Because this season isn’t just about bringing home a new baby. It’s about the chaos, the giggles, the cuddles, the big brother figuring out his new role, and all the little in-between moments that you’ll someday wish you could step back into.

We always love adding a little fun to my engagement sessions..the part where we stop worrying about posing and just let them play, laugh, and be themselves. 🤍

So when they asked if we could go to “this ice cream shop by the State Park,” I had to laugh. 😂 (Amanda) has been a part of this family for 20 years now. She started working for them when she was 16 years old, and apparently they couldn’t get rid of her. 😬

They are truly the kindest, biggest-hearted people you’ll ever meet, and getting to photograph here feels extra special. 🥹

And these two? They absolutely made the Mussel Beach shoot. Barely had to direct them because they are just so naturally, ridiculously in love.

I am SO excited for this wedding. 🤍🍦✨

One last little bit of summer before we fully give in to fall. 🍋💛

This is Stevie, and her mama has trusted me with their family’s memories for more years than I can count. Every time she books a session, she lets me choose the theme and gives me the freedom to create. That kind of trust means so much to me. 🤍

I’m probably not the photographer for everyone. And honestly? I’m okay with that. 😊

I don’t want you spending your session fixing hair, straightening shirts, or trying to make your kids “perfect.”

I’ll guide you. I’ll make sure we get the beautiful, classic photos. But I’m also going to tell you to stop fixing and start enjoying.

Let them run. Let them be silly. Let the hair fall. Let the dress wrinkle.

Because I’m not here to photograph perfection. I’m here to photograph your people.

The chaos. The connection. The personalities. The little moments you didn’t even realize were happening.

Before they say “I do,” they’re already living one of the sweetest chapters of their love story. 🤍

We got to photograph their engagement session a little differently than planned—not just the two of them, but the three of them. And honestly? I wouldn’t have had it any other way.
