The little details often become some of the most meaningful photographs from your wedding day.
From your invitation suite and wedding bands to your perfume, heirlooms, and handwritten vows, these pieces help tell the complete story of your celebration.
One of our biggest planning tips? As soon as you receive your invitation suite, set aside two complete sets. Keep them in your Details Box so they're preserved for your photographer and for your own keepsake collection.
We also recommend starting your Details Box about four weeks before your wedding. As your accessories, paper goods, and special keepsakes arrive, place them directly into the box. This gives you plenty of time to gather everything, replace anything that's missing, and ask your florist to set aside a few loose blooms for your detail photos.
Then, have your Details Box completely packed and ready the night before your wedding. When your photographer arrives, they can begin styling and photographing your details right away, allowing you to enjoy a calm, relaxed morning without searching for missing items.
A little preparation goes a long way, and the result is a smoother wedding morning and a gallery filled with beautiful, meaningful details.
✨ Save this checklist so you'll have it ready when your wedding day gets closer.
