BRIE-lieve it! We are gonna talk all things Brie
Often called the Queen of cheeses because of its rich history and elegant flavor
Originated in France ๐ซ๐ท
Soft and creamy, becomes buttery and spreadable as it ripens
Features a delicate white rind thatโs completely edible! (Most asked question) Fun fact: this is what gives the Brie a more earthy taste
Paired well with fruit, honey, fig jam, crackers, proscuitto, salami, toasted baguette, fresh herbs
Wine pairings: champagne, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir
Allowing your Brie to rest out of the fridge 30 mins prior to consuming will allow the center to become creamy and brings out its full flavor๐ฉท
Brie is a staple on my boards and this may be an unpopular opinion butโฆ Brie is not my favorite cheese however, I donโt make boards for myself.. I make them for my customers who love it!
Favorite Brie Brand Preฬsident Cheese
I love using a cheese wire cutter and making triangle slices then creating a fan with those slices before placing on my boards๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ
