Today we say goodbye to one of the OGs of the company — one of my very first crew members when this whole journey began! Our guy Chris is off to boot camp, officially joining the United States Air Force. (Technically, he’s still here in town for now, lol.)

🚨 Important Alert for ALL Families Booking Event Rentals

Lately, there’s been a troubling rise in scams targeting families in the party rental industry! These scammers create fake business pages with fraudulent reviews, advertise on Facebook Marketplace, take your deposit, and then block your profile after payment has been received! I’ve came to rescue to many families who’ve fallen victim to this scheme, and it’s heartbreaking to see people lose money they’ve saved for their little ones’ special day! 😡

Whether you’ve booked with us before, plan to in the future, or choose another company entirely— PLEASE, do your research before booking your event!

Watch out for these red flags:

• Only 1-2 Facebook reviews, often from customer profiles in different states.countries from inactive profiles.
• High-pressure tactics urging you to pay quickly or risk losing your spot.
• No response to phone calls, only communication is from direct messages.
• Insisting on payments through Cash App, often to different account names not affiliated with company name.
• And much more…
