This is a fully wearable 3D printed DIY kit of the 2-1B medical droid inspired from Star Wars.

This Kit features eye hole for wearability or eye inserts if you want to make it a bust. The neck is magnetically held together with 5x2mm magnets (not included) so it can be taken on and off.

The standard kit will fit around a 24” head but can be adjusted on request.

The wearable 2-1B Medical Droid helmet is now available! This droid features a removeable neck seal with the use of 8x2mm magnets to ensure it can comfortably be taken off and on.

There are multiple versions of parts to include:
- ​Solid eye inserts
- ​Hollow eye inserts for LEDs
- ​Textured head
- ​Smooth head
- ​Small eye holes (compatible with the eye inserts)
- ​Wide eye holes (for better visibility)
There are many different versions of this droid through the years so we tried our best to have this model be compatible for each version, the main differences being some with eye inserts and some with none which makes this model easily convertible from a wall decoration to a cosplay helmet.

We’ve upgraded our Mandalorian helmet 3D print kits!

We always strive for accuracy on our files and kits but when we saw has files based on the actual props, well that’s the best you can get.

All our standard Mandalorian helmet kits will now be from these great files to include ESB Boba Fett, SuperTrooper, and deathwatch helmets!

The BD-1 droid from is now available!

With his shop closing, we were given the offer to continue to make some of our favorite files of his continue to be available to everyone through our Patreons and shops. You will see some of his older files being released onto the Patreon in the coming months.

This droid is extremely detailed fun to put together. NerdRebelArt put a lot of time making this a great experience with making multiple guides and videos available. If you would like to print one yourself in color, like I did, there is already a pre-colored 3mf file available with all the parts included so you can select exactly how you want to built it.
This kit uses a BD-1 Lego light kit for the internals. This makes for a cheap, easy, and available method to help bring the droid to life. A link to the exact kit can be found in the documentation.

Evangelion Unit-01 helmet kits are now available in color!

This is probably one of the largest helmets we have made so it’s a fancy one! The jaw is connected with rubber bands and has a chin plate so you can move it with your own mouth.

The EVA Unit-01 Helmet is now available!

This helmet features:
- Moveable Jaw
- 2 different chin plates to move the jaw for comfortability
- Split cuts for a 256mm printers and larger
- Visible lenses
- Resin printable lenses
- Provided bambu .3mf

All test printed and scaled for a 23” head by default with room for padding.

The wearable KX droid (K2SO) helmet is now available!

This helmet is fully wearable and fits a 256mm cubic printer or larger. At its base scale it fits a 23” head and uses 8x2mm magnets to assemble it onto your head, similar to our C-3PO helmet.

There are 2 versions of eyes, with and without pupils. Both are notched to prevent spinning when in place for easier assembly and are easily visible out of. If you want to add lights and still see, we’d recommend flexible mesh LEDs that can be found on Amazon. We will have a video about that coming out shortly

We are wanting to bring more droids to life in this way so if you have any suggestions, we want to hear them!

Wearable K2SO helmets are now available!

This kit features separated parts for easy finishing a fitting. All parts are keyed and slot together with a section for 8x2mm magnets to help hold the mouth in place.

This droid head is completely visible out of and will just need a form of mesh behind the eyes to hide your eyes, I’d recommend a round flexible LED mesh for lights and a mesh.

These come with options for lens holes or to keep everything solid. The main body is empty so maybe you need a fancy lunchbox to hide a sandwich at a convention.
