San Angelo Rodeo cookoff is one of our favorites. Crowd wasnt big but was stacked with some of the best cooks around. Was happy with everything but the stupid chicken which has been deluding us lately. 🤷‍♂️. Ribs were great but think they had a tad leathery texture and didnt get a walk. Robbi Daskevich Gideon popper Rodeo streak continued with a 5th place banner. And in a sea of Waygu Briskets my little choice held tought in 4th. And always a good day when your Calcutta pays off. 💰 🤑. Congrats to Daniel April Rodriguez on his GC and Greg Sercos on his RGC. And cant forget out usual cookoff neighbor Jason Wall and Steven on their 3rd place finish.

Bigfoot BBQ & Catering had the opportunity to cater for Chris Estrada and Heidis wedding at the Cactus Hotel on friday. Little curveball with the wind and cooking on site for 160+ but everything came out great. Thanks again for trusting us to get it taken care of for yall.
