"I am so grateful for this floral company! They saved Mother's Day for my sisters and me!

Originally, I had ordered from FTD.com on Friday. They assured me there would be plenty of time to get my order in by Mother's Day. Saturday comes around, and they tell me my order has been canceled and a refund to my account would arrive in 3 business days. Mother's Day was the next day!
