We're still trying out, to get the best real German "Brötchen" possible. And we're real close. We use imported European flour and
we let the dough prove for at least 16 hours.
Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Stay tuned for more, as they're not available yet.

Tuesday again and we'll start this week with a very special traditional Schnitzel plate.
Not as famous over here as some other Schnitzel, but definitely very tasty. A flattened and breaded pork loin covered with our homemade Zigeunersauce. It's a more tomato based bell pepper sauce (not spicy ).
It comes together with a side of our famous seasoned fries and a soft drink of your choice
