BOX & LABEL for each table with an inventory sheet…

For example, place in sturdy or Rubbermaid type box each item you want used or displayed for the registration table, brides table, groom table, memory table, guest tables, etc…. On top and at least one side of this box place the table name, name of room or building at venue where it should go upon arrival and the inventory sheet of what is to be placed back in box at clean up time.

Organization is the key to a stress free set up and take down and for the bride and groom’s wishes to be honored for their wedding weekend.

Thursday Tip of the Day….

If you can get it done BEFORE (or weeks before) wedding or event week, DO it!! This photo made my heart smile. On a recent shopping trip, I caught one of our fall brides precious mom in action wrapping the wedding parties gifts… several weeks early! So, the Thursday tip is buy your gifts, wrap and label gifts and put in a box for transport to your venue. And check it off the list!

July 11, 2026… some snapshots of the sweetest day as Caleb and Lucy united in Holy Matrimony at LeighWood Place. As they were surrounded by family and friends, they exchanged their vows and love for each other, then enjoyed a beautiful reception with delicious food, laughter, dancing, games and a special beloved guest, the MSU mascot, Bully. Indeed a special day full of memories to last a lifetime for Mr. and Mrs. Goddard.
