We know how hungry missing us made y’all!!! Kyle heard your stomachs and has made exaaaactly what everyone needs. Southern Smash Burgers start at 4 PM! These perfectly crispy set of smashed patties are topped with melted pepper jack cheese, crunchy fried red tomatoes, 2 ounces for The Smoking Section’s pulled pork, lettuce, pickles, and a drizzle of our delicious golden bbq sauce. This thing is unreal! Get here!! 🤤🍔

We were honored to be asked to provide the rehearsal dinner for the Michael’s wedding this weekend. Several weeks ago we met to discuss their vision for the meal. They decided on a taco/nacho bar. We offered smoked chicken and our custom beef birria as the proteins. Toppings included our fresh guacamole, house made green chili queso, and salsas (regular & papaya mango).
Huge shout out to Blue Magnolia Bread in Saltillo. They baked us 18 of their OG Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls, which we turned into the signature dessert, OG Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding.
It was a very special night that we were honored to be a small part of.

R&D Sunday and they can’t all be winners. Meet Barbacoa version 3.0. Had to change up my annatto supplier and well. Shout out to the family for helping me out. We sampled tacos, nachos, on rice/cheese dip; and they were all subpar. In the words of Jimmy Buffett “that chuck roast died in vain”. Back to the annatto drawing board.

R&D Sunday continues. This is a Frankenstein dish. Zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, orange bell pepper, ripe strawberries, & organic blueberries. Drizzled in a key lime olive oil vinaigrette.
Key lime juice increases the bioavailability and nutrient absorption of polyphenols. So adding a squeeze to berries and other fruits will help you body absorb the nutrients better and at a higher efficiency.
