The LUX team is your guide to creating a zero-waste event. There are many simple factors in producing a green event – such as sustainable rentals and linen options, menus featuring local ingredients, eco-friendly centerpiece options, and SO much more. Over the last 5 years, we have created an award-winning and comprehensive recycling program, which diverts nearly 90% of our waste from the landfill and is driven to multiple recycling streams. Ch. 1: Reverie No.1 was brought to life by many brilliant minds, with Chef Hunter at the heart of it all—seven intentional courses were served, each one a flirtation between reality and reverie (/ˈrev(ə)rē/): the state of being pleasantly lost in one’s thoughts; a daydream.
