The Utah Arts Festival produces the largest annual outdoor multidisciplinary event in Utah. Over three days, we transform Library Square into a bustling canvas of creativity, where families gather, artists shine, and memories are made. Our mission is to promote the arts and enhance the quality of life in Utah. We strive to maintain the highest artistic quality in our production and programming, represent excellence among a range of artistic mediums, and promote an appreciation for fine art while encouraging innovation and supporting non-traditional, contemporary works.

Volunteers are the heartbeat of the Utah Arts Festival. 💙

And this year, over 1,200 of you showed up to make our 50th Festival one for the books.

From set-up to tear-down, pouring drinks to parking bikes, hosting artists to greeting guests, you gave your time so 42,000+ people could have an unforgettable experience.

We couldn't be more grateful. 🥹

The Emerging Artists program at the 50th annual Utah Arts Festival showcased artists whose careers are on the rise. Artists of all ages, races, experiences, and backgrounds whose work breaks barriers and sparks important conversations.

This program exists because art matters. Because representation matters. Because under-recognized artists deserve a platform. Because diversity, inclusion, and belonging make our community stronger.

Since launching in 2022, the Emerging Artists program has been committed to defining new styles, lifting up amazing work, and supporting professional development.

This year, took the stage at the Festival for the first time as a soloist, and it did NOT disappoint. 👏

Classically trained with a love for blending genres, Allie brought her custom electric violin (and her color-changing bow!) to the Garden Stage for a performance that was equal parts technical and fun.

We're so grateful she shared her talent with us!

Back for its second year, the Demonstrating Artists area was packed all four days with artists creating masterpieces in real-time while you watched, learned, and asked questions about their craft.

Hip-hop. Contemporary. Breakdancing. Cultural traditions. Street performance. Professional groups. Local crews. Every stage had dancers who commanded the floor and held us captivated.

Dance was everywhere at the 50th annual Utah Arts Festival, and it was incredible.

Thank you to every dancer who brought the energy, the skill, and the heart. You made us get on our feet and reminded us why live dance matters
