As we celebrate our final year of in Utah, we’re also looking back on where it all began.

Before our sister company even existed, our founder Janice was already deep in the Sundance world—producing bar service, florals, and event design for iconic Park City venues as early as 2001.

That experience eventually inspired her to open Pierpont in downtown Salt Lake, just in time for the festival’s expansion into SLC. At the height of Sundance, our team was producing events in three Park City venues while also hosting the Opening Night Gala in Salt Lake—all in the same week. 😅

From filmmaker cocktail parties with Robert Redford to snowy load-ins and late-night premieres, we’ve loved every minute of it. 🎬

What an unforgettable day celebrating Emily & Anthony’s wedding across two stunning Salt Lake City venues: the Avenues Castle House and Caffé Molise. 🕊️

Premier Event Services was honored to lead the planning, coordination, and design for this celebration—overseeing every detail from the ceremony with sweeping mountain views to the candlelit downtown reception. From florals and rentals to bar service, design and a charcuterie board to die for, our team was thrilled to help bring Emily & Anthony’s vision to life.

Special thanks to Paul Helms for setting the tone and keeping the energy high throughout the night, and to our incredible venue partners at Caffé Molise and Avenues Castle House for providing such beautiful spaces for this incredible day.
