Each year, the Salt Lake Chamber celebrates the businesses and individuals driving Utah’s economic success—and we’re beyond excited to share that this year, Pierpont Place has been selected for the Icon Award by the : an honor recognizing a woman-owned business making a lasting impact in Utah. 🏆

This recognition means the world to us. It celebrates the bold vision of our founder & GM, Janice Boes, who launched in 2001 and opened Pierpont Place in 2006 as Salt Lake’s first all-inclusive, urban-chic event venue.

Janice was the first in the region to introduce a raw, industrial-style “blank canvas” venue with full-service event capabilities—from custom design to immersive themed experiences. Almost 20 years later, Pierpont still stands out as one of Utah’s most dynamic, one-of-a-kind event spaces.
