Conference!

It was an honor to celebrate the conference’s 40th anniversary and play a part in bringing another unforgettable year to life.

This event truly put our team’s capabilities on display.
What you’re seeing here is only a small sample of the work that went into making this show happen. From the custom exhibits we designed and built to large-scale graphics and signage, fresh floral, carpeting, show layout, booth packages, and so much more, Small Satellite Conference gave us the opportunity to showcase the full scope of what Modern Expo & Events can do.

Bringing an event of this scale to life takes the efforts of every department and countless hours of planning, preparation, design, production, and installation. We’re incredibly proud of the work our team accomplished and grateful to everyone who helped make the 40th anniversary of Small Satellite Conference a success.

We are proud to have helped put together the 40th anniversary celebration of the UTAH Cardiac Transplant Program at the Utah State Capitol yesterday.

From organizing the luxurious, elegant Rotunda, to decorating the outdoor patio section with our tabling, floral and custom elements, we wanted to provide a special space for the unity of Utah’s four cardiac transplant hospitals and ensure that the donors that attended feel like they were part of the bigger picture.

We were honored to help celebrate the new Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine opening ceremony this past week! We are thankful that in putting this event together, we were able to provide students, faculty and partners a feeling of excitement for their education and the future impact that they will be able to make with their new facilities.

Yesterday, Modern Expo & Events was proud to help bring the grand opening and dedication of the new Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine to life.

From fresh floral arrangements throughout entryways, stages and gathering spaces to tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces and umbrellas for the post-ceremony reception, our team helped create an environment that matched the significance of the occasion.

One of the standout elements was a custom, 3D-printed helix featuring integrated lighting. We helped facilitate the design and brought the piece to life with our floral, creating a unique focal point that tied the event’s visual experience together.

This is one of our biggest shows of the year, and our team has been putting in countless hours to bring it all together. This year, we're revisiting some of the concepts and environments we created last year while also reimagining some with fresh ideas, updated designs, and new experiences for this year's conference.

Our team has been working with Redwire for the last few months across a variety of shows across the U.S. in bringing their experiences to life.
