Amenities: there is a room for the bride to change in and get ready in the downstairs of the home as well as one restroom people can use. You can store things or have your caterer set up out of the garage. People can park along the street and driveway.
There is metal patio furniture which consists of 6 tables and chairs can be used.

White chairs & Tents Not Provided. you would have to supply your own chairs for the ceremony or if you’re doing a larger party and need banquet or standing tables you’d have to rent those and bring them.

you are welcome to come set up the afternoon before hand.

We have hosted hundreds of events is this 2 acre yard with an amazing view, outdoor lighting, flowers, water feature and patios on two levels.
We are a private residence that rents our yard out to Happy couples.
