I am frequently asked what to cook that is healthy and filling, low fat yet satisfies that need for heartiness that we crave when the weather gets colder. Try this for dinner or brunch.

Bell pepper, jalapeno, tomato and onion hash with diced steak topped with poached eggs.

You don't need oil to saute the hash, just use a non-stick pan

Hello Friends, The catering is taking off and we currently need 4 servers for a St. Joseph's Villa event on October 15 9am to 3pm. The pay is $100 or $133 if you also have back of the house skills.
