As a small business owner, I have the great advantage of working with our customers face to face, so seeing you hold your arrangement with so much happiness in your eyes makes every minute of stress, tiredness, body aches and chaos we just went through to prepare for this busy day and give us that warm feeling inside that remind us just how much we love what we do.
