🎪 Planning an Event? Reserve Your Tent Early! 🎪

We LOVE helping you create amazing events, but we want to be upfront: we are unable to accommodate last-minute tent rental requests. Here's why early reservations are so important:

✅ Tents Book Quickly
Especially during peak season, our inventory moves fast. Reserving early ensures we have a tent available for your event.

✅ Safety & Legal Requirements
We use 42-inch stakes to secure tents, which can pierce underground wires or utility lines. That’s why Miss Utility tickets must be filed at least 5 business days before installation—no exceptions. If utilities haven’t been marked, we are legally not allowed to install the tent.

✅ Permit Requirements
Some areas require a tent permit, which must also be requested a minimum of 5 business days in advance and approved by your local government.

✅ Installation Takes Planning
Tent setups require coordination, manpower, and time to be done safely and efficiently. We can’t guarantee last-minute availability of crew or equipment.

👉 Bottom Line: Don’t wait for a last-minute weather forecast to decide on a tent. Book early to secure your spot, meet all safety requirements, and ensure your event goes off without a hitch!
