We had a very successful Halloween! We made noticeable improvements year over year, maybe not evident to every guest but we see it in our metrics! A couple items that stood out:
- Last halloween was Cottage Inn Saline's busiest day in our store's history, we beat that!
- Our out the door times improved by 15 min compared to last Halloween.
- Our delivery times improved by 10 min compared to last Halloween.
But most importantly our staff kept their composure, worked hard as a team, and supported each other through the most stressful day to date. We are not surprised, but we are incredibly proud of each and every one of them. We can't wait to dive deeper and see where we can tweak a couple of things to improve service times for our guests next year.
