You don't want to miss Thunder on the Plains this year. Saturday, October 4th, gates open at 5 pm at Salina Speedway. This will be the best $10 bill you will spend all year for the most jaw dropping pyro event. We have 8 shooters showing off their talent, we have flame machines and we have a laser show!!
Please note that there is a $10 gate fee, cash only event this year.

**OFFICIAL EVENT NOTICE**
Sorry for the changes folks. After discussion and confusion of how this will work this year, we decided to make it easier on everyone.
$10 per person, kids under 5 free (cash only). Join us October 4th at Salina Speedway to see these amazing shows.

Wow wow wow
What an event in Salina Ks
11 shows in 2 hours of high level pyromusicals. The estimate in the grandstands was over 3000 and another 1200 around the event in cars.
Looks like Thunder on the Plain has a community who wants this event and we gave a permanent home in Salina.

Due to the winds, tonight's Thunder on the Plain start time will be delayed to 8pm. Winds are supposed to lower by then and give us a safer better shoot tonight. See you soon!!

I went to Racetrack yesterday to look the site over. Lots of room for shows and audience. A flyer of events will be coming out this week. There are activities going on Friday for qualified customers and Saturday a show of the kind Salina has never had the opportunity to witness.
