Witch City Ink has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service representative to join our team!
We are looking for high energy, friendly individuals that are interested in providing excellent customer service.
We are looking for someone who is willing to commit to at least 6 months or more to the role.
This is a part time, hourly position.

Responsibilities include:
-Opening/ Closing the Studio
-Keeping the studio clean, well stocked, and inviting
-Cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment
-Greeting Clients
-Handling customer queries in a timely manner across multiple platforms (phone, email, social media)
-Supporting the front by assisting walk in customers
-Monitoring Booking Requests and coordinating Appointments with Artists and Customers
-Successfully managing artist and client expectations and meeting their various needs
-Creating and Managing Social Media Content across multiple platforms (ex: Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
-Monitoring shop supply inventory and ordering when needed
-Support the Studio by assisting with special event planning such as Tattoo Conventions
