Hoopla is taking to the streets this weekend for it's 25th year!

IRONMAN is over, but the fun doesn't stop in Salem. Hoopla, the premiere 3-on-3 basketball tournament is heading to the Oregon State Capitol.

Roads will begin to close around the Capitol on Monday, at 6 p.m. in order to set up for the event.
