🌽☀️ This week’s prepared meals are giving peak summer! ☀️🌽

From Peak-Season Tomato Soup to Braised Pork with Spicy Cucumber-Dill Salad, Summer Harvest Bowls, and our Chocolate Chip Focaccia, there’s a little something for everyone, including a delicious & hearty harvest bowl that can be vegetarian or include grilled salmon!

And one of my favorite parts of summer? Locally sourced produce. Whenever possible, I’m sourcing the freshest seasonal fruits and vegetables from local farms and growers, so the produce on your plate is as fresh as it gets and we can support the people growing food right here in our community.

I’m going to be a little vulnerable and ask my community for some support. ❤️

As many of you know, we are still in our first year of business here at Courtney in the Kitchen, and I am so incredibly proud of what we've built so far. What started as a love of feeding others has turned into a small business that I work on every day, and I am so grateful for this community that we have built together.

Unfortunately, over the weekend my husband fell and severely broke his wrist, he will be okay, but as a result of this injury he is going to be out of work for several months.

Without James, Courtney in the Kitchen would not be a reality. He has worked incredibly hard to provide for us while I get this business off the ground, and I am so lucky to have such a supportive and capable partner by my side.

With that said, growing my business is more important than ever right now.

So I’m asking you for your help:

If you can’t order, please refer me to a friend.
If you can’t refer, please share my menus.
