Thank you Karrin Campf at RKCampf trucking for trusting us to make your holiday party a tasty success. It was a first time serving event for us so hopefully we nailed it for you. Tonight’s menu included appetizers of bruschetta, caprese skewers, candied kielbasa and mozzarella sticks. Dinner included apricot and bacon glazed pork, or lemon pepper chicken with cheesy potatoes, smashed redskins a muffuletta salad and roll. I hope everyone enjoyed the food and the party

For todays company luncheon we went brunch style. French toast casserole, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage and cinnamon rolls. From what I heard before I left it was pretty yummy too 🤣🤤

Todays company luncheon was another new menu item we’re trying out. Lemon pepper chicken, green bean casserole, garlic and Parmesan redskin potatoes, salad and garlic knots. I hope everyone enjoyed! 😃
