Was able to help serve around 200+ veterans at the YMCA, Salem Oregon with Community Action: ARCHES Project and Vet Care. It was such a great time to say thank you to them for their service and remember 9/11.

MEET THE CHEF 👨‍🍳

A local you may have heard of a time or two, Matthew Miller is heavily involved in giving back and serving his community through BBQ, business, mentoring, volunteering, and being a board member for multiple local organizations. Starting his BBQ journey in 2022 after a layoff, with $700 and a dream, he is the epitome of hard work, blood, sweat, and tears. Matt has been married to his wife Janita for 10 years. In his free time Matt likes to hang out with friends, play games, and watch movies.

Matt and our team work hard to serve you classic BBQ with a hint of home, for any event big or small. From 20-500 people, formal or casual, you can count on us to take care of your big day, meeting, and other events.
