When someone calls last minute needing arrangements for a luncheon… our creative team gets right to business! 💐😎☀️

And honestly, how FUN did these turn out?! 🌼🧡💙 We wanted something bright, cheerful, and full of personality to bring a little extra sunshine to their luncheon — so out came the colorful blooms, fun sunglasses, and little tropical umbrellas! 🌸🌴🕶️

Sometimes the last-minute projects are the ones that get our creativity flowing the most! 💕 We love being able to pull together something special and make it feel completely custom, even on short notice.

When the Firefighters Association of the State of New York calls for a spectacular casino event, you know our Justin is going to go ALL. OUT. And can you blame him? Slaying this hard for a room full of firemen... 🥵 Honestly, at this point we're just waiting for him to propose an official Swan Street Florist firefighter calendar 😅

On a real note—happy 6-month work-versary to our iced-coffee-sipping, incredibly creative soul! We hired him for flowers, but he wears so many hats around here. He’s our customer service pro, our friend, and truly family. If you've ever called the shop, you already know he's the official "voice of Swan Street Florist" 📞✨, always looking out for everyone and keeping the shop's heart beating.

Brooke, Carol, and myself just love and adore him so much, and we've learned a ton from him. His eye for color and design is just next-level. Even off the clock, his passion doesn't quit—the man is at home designing flowers at least three nights a week, sending us pictures, and always bringing fresh ideas to the table. Having someone with that kind of genuine drive is everything. You completely killed it, Justin! 🥂✨

Rehearsal dinner? 💍✨ Yes, please.

How gorgeous is this long-table setup we created at West Rose in Ellicottville? 😍

We loved filling the table with florals from end to end—rich burgundies, soft peach and champagne tones, touches of white, and plenty of textured greenery. 🌿🌹 The mix of individual centerpieces created that lush, garden-inspired look while still letting the beauty of the table and venue shine through.
Proof that your rehearsal dinner deserves beautiful flowers, too. 🤍

People see the final result: gorgeous flowers and perfect balloon arches. What they don't see is us living our best lives balancing on ladders to make the magic happen. We definitely spend more time up in the air than we do on the ground! 🌸🎈

These beauties feature a gorgeous, unique yellowish-peach hue, perfectly captured in this stunning bouquet recently designed by Justin for a small weekend wedding. We think they are a wonderful, different take on our classic favorites!

A Dream Come True at the Feria de las Flores! 🌸✨

Sunday is a day Jose and I will truly never forget. Attending the legendary Feria de las Flores (Flower Festival) in Medellín Colombia 🇨🇴 was an absolute dream come true!!!! 🌺🌼🌹🌸🌷🇨🇴🇨🇴

For those who might not know, the Feria de las Flores is Medellín's world-famous annual celebration honoring the region's rich flower-growing heritage. As a small-town floral shop owner, I’ve always dreamed of experiencing artistry and scale like this firsthand. The dedication, sheer hard work, and breathtaking design that go into cultivating these flowers are unlike anything I’ve ever seen.The President of Colombia and all the army security showed up right there too—talk about an unforgettable front-row experience!

To make sure we didn't miss a second of the magic, we arrived at 7:00 AM and camped out, waiting patiently until 2:00 PM just so we could get a front-row seat for the iconic Desfile de Silleteros! Watching the silleteros carry those massive, intricate floral arrangements on their backs was deeply moving and awe-inspiring.

We also stopped by the Santa Fe Mall here in Medellín to take in their jaw-dropping giant floral display—an absolute work of art!

As many of you have likely seen, there was a major earthquake in Colombia. We did feel it very strongly, but we evacuated right away and everyone is safe. Please keep everyone affected in your thoughts and prayers, and pray for Colombia.
