Comes from the Root of This Family tree begining with my Grandmother Mrs. She always told her grandboy's "you would never have to depend on a female." So she taught us how to cook,clean and ect.... So that we would be able to fend for our selfs. Me i grew to Love cooking so through the years from grandma i learned to cook soul food, which is the base of where my kn
owledge with food comes from.
2G) My Mom gave me all the practice i needed being that she was a single parent that worked her butt off on 3rd shift to take care of me . So I cooked for me and my mother, Sunday dinners is where i shined , as a youngin i was cooking full course sunday dinners by my self felt as good as winning Iron Chef. Also in the same Generation came My Suga My Aunt Angie witch taught me about the foods that i use to compliment each other to make it better and unique . I call her and my Popps Angle Rosa alot of advice on food,
My Popps is a different element in my life , "cook with love and from the heart" is his thing. The generation before me laid down the Ground work for me to take Cooking to the next level.
3G) By catering i am following the foot steps of my Grandmother the same way that lead to her own resturant,
