Captain Bill was an avid fisher and later in life became a charter boat captain for many years, with an amazing eye and talent and knowing just the right places to fish. His passions are to help others and is very protect

ive in nature. He is a foodie at heart with great ideas on how to pair delicious ingredients to make one fantastic meal. Due to an unfortunate health complication after an emergency surgery, Captain Bill was left with some permanent disabilities, but his passions and zest for life are still very apparent in his healing journey. He now gets around in a wheelchair and has right sided paralysis. He was also left with a verbal disability called Aphasia. As Captain Bill has been on this healing journey, he has found it difficult to get back to a fulltime job and career able to accommodate his new way of living with disabilities. So his first mate Kat came up with an exciting new idea to help provide and enjoy the passions and joys of life that God gave to him. The creativity of getting all the ideas and brainstorming for this exciting new adventure has brought Captain Bill so much joy; which is confirmation that this is God’s direction. What better way to enjoy life than to follow God by faith and trust the process! First Mate Kat is Captain Bill’s full time caregiver. Her passions are helping others and living a life with faith in Christ, joy, and laughter. She has a background in Fine Arts and food service. Her creativity and ideas helped aide in this amazing new adventure that both her and Captain Bill are excited to embark on. We are bringing a new take on “sharkuterie” (charcuterie) and preparing some delicious “snackle boxes” (tackle boxes) filled with tasty snacks, yummy cheeses and delicious meats for your beach going days. Each box is handcrafted and designed to meet every savory and sweet SNACK ATTACK craving! As we found ourselves in this crazy life circumstance, thinking “it could never happen to us.”
As we traveled down many unfortunate roadblocks in the healthcare system, we realized the need for help was greater than the assistance we were receiving. Unfortunately we are still finding ourselves fighting for simple daily needs and care. These crazy life situations pushed us to be creative in how we make money and keep a roof over our head, which is why we started this new journey. We know that others are going through the same thing, and we want to give back! With each sale, a percent will be getting donated to a different charity or cause that people just like us have found themselves in. Each month we will post where we will be donating! Thank you in advance for all your support, not only for the Crew, but for the larger family of disabled individuals that we have met along the way! We have exciting ideas that we cant wait to show you all!
