Last Saturday, we were pleased to welcome Mayor Ken Welch to the ArtsXchange campus. The Mayor toured "The Muse of Music," an exhibition highlighting the work of Pinellas County Schools’ ESE students. Currently, PCS Visual Arts supports over 23,000 students through their disability and gifted programs, and seeing that talent on display was a highlight of the night. PCS Visual Arts

The evening also marked the debut of the Warehouse Arts District documentary preceded by remarks by the Mayor, Mark Aeling, and Markus Gottschlich. The audience also had an opportunity to engage in a Q&A with the creators, Michael Flanagan and Amanda Henderson.

Thank you to the artists, families, teachers, and filmmakers who contributed to this impactful Second Saturday ArtWalk.
