The Bayou is ready for another week of Tasty choices!.....Beef Baked Ziti on Tuesday....Meatloaf AND Blackened Chicken Pot Pie on Wednesday...Beef Brisket AND Shrimp & Crab AuGratin on Thursday....Crabmeat Lasagna...Chicken Tchoupitoulas....AND Bayou J'Etouffee on Friday.....and then all of good breakfast & lunch items on Saturday!....and we will continue to boil crawfish every Saturday until the demand runs out....and it hasn't yet!....please pre-order by Wednesday!

Another week begins tomorrow at The Bayou....but today let's remember the Men & Women of the United States Military that made the ultimate sacrifice so that we can live free.....🇺🇸

The Bayou has a great lineup of choices this week including a newbie.....not a new dish but a new combination....if you take our Signature Chicken Sausage Jambalaya.....and top it with Crawfish Etouffee....2 great dishes become an awesome combination!.....this combo is called....Bayou J'Etouffee....stop by this week for a taste.

This past Saturday was supposed to be the last Crawfish Boil of the season....BUT!...the demand was so strong...and many said that they order again next week...soooo...we're doing it again this Saturday!...as usual...please pre-order by Wednesday.....And thank you all for your business...

Today is Caribbean Day at The Bayou......I have cooked a fresh pot of Cayman Conch Chowder (red).....and also put together a fresh zesty Seafood Ceviche...we also made Jamaican Jerk Chicken Voodoo Pasta....and yes....we also have Chicken n Sausage Jambalaya.....stop by for a taste!....tell a friend...heck...tell 5 friends!.....

Thursday and we also have our last Crawfish Boil this Saturday....it has been a very good season....but its time to end it...but what is endless...is the authentic food choices you have everyday at The Bayou...today we have Herb Roasted Chicken... Chicken Sausage Jambalaya.....and Seafood Gumbo!
