Beef is still on the menu at MNM! It’s a delicious option but it’s definitely more costly now. We have a disclaimer at our website that all prices are for reference only and subject to change. We try to be transparent - but brisket recently went up $1.00 a pound. That translates into $2 a pound in finished product.

Rising beef prices are forcing some Texas barbecue restaurants to remove items like brisket and ribs from their menus.

As we prepare to start our regular season a short PSA: Brisket prices continue to rise. Since spring another $1 a pound. That means $2 a pound for finished deliciousness. We love brisket and know you’ll love ours, but it is becoming an expensive treat.
