GLUTEN FREE BAKERY that is absolutely crushing the pastry and baked goods game! Not to mention the BEST peppermint latte I’ve ever had! Both locations hit every time!
These pictures are from the West Saint Pete location which is in our neighborhood. The DTSP location has one of the best and honestly a quite unique oversized covered outside sitting area.

Whether you are gluten free or not this place is literally to die for! Everything is made fresh and with love! When we first moved to west Saint Pete we ate here 3 times in one week 😅 yes it’s that good!! In a city swamped with coffee shops on every corner, Craft Kafe is an absolute stand out! One of the best local spots in the Burg for sure!

⛵️Gulfport Brewery is one of our personal favorite spots to meet up with friends for delicious local brews & food! The food is always fresh and creative! I absolutely love that the chef is constatly changing up the specials.

The atmosphere is so welcoming with the house being a historic Gulfport Bungalow. You walk in to a comfortable living room vibe with board games and sofa chairs. We typically sit outside so that the kids can play in the shells and we can enjoy the live music. This spot is truly a gem!

✨ Fortu is a Pan-Asian steakhouse that recently opened in DTSP. We met another couple there for dinner and had the ultimate family-style dining experience! Many of Fortu’s dishes are meant to share with the table. I love trying a little bite of everything so this is my favorite way to dine. 😋 The food, ambience and service all left us saying we would absolutely go back. Their cocktails and desserts are definitely worth mentioning! If you are a sake lover they have an extensive Sake menu. 🍶

🇲🇦 Cybel - French Moroccan Fusion 🌯
One of the best NEW spots in the Burg!

Quick back story: Cybel made its Saint Pete introduction at the downtown pick up and delivery ghost kitchen, Foodie Labs! We were so excited when we saw their sign go up at the NEW brick and mortar location!!

What We Had :
🌯French Taco with Jerk Chicken, FRENCH FRIES, all six sauces (just trust me it’s delicious) & all toppings. It’s a beautiful messy disaster and the flavors are out of this world!

🌯Chicken Shwarma on pita with a Mediterranean side salad. The perfect balance of fresh & savory!

We are thrilled to see this locally owned, family run, business thriving in our neighborhood! It was so cool meeting Chef Touf! Such a humble guy curating some of the tastiest meals in the Burg! The portions are massive but the flavors he’s throwing down are even bigger! I’m excited to dine in next time and explore the other entrees.

🍧Cecelia’s Sweets Treats & Snow🍧

We had:
🍦Cookies & Cream Snow w/ brownies, heath bar and white chocolate syrup
🥨 Salted Pretzel w/ mustard

Highlights:
👉 SO FREAKIN AMAZING!! I think I said that about 100 times after enjoying that entire chocolatey snowy mountain! The snow was the perfect texture, tempature and flavor! Perfect for hot summer nights in DTSP!
👉 Pretzel was fresh, hot & crisp around the edges. Salty in the best way!
👉 Lots of dairy free options!!

Overall:
Cecelia’s & Vampire Penguin is my new fave dessert spot! It’s located in the edge district and is the perfect way to end date night. Next time we are trying the Oreo cookie sandwich and the cinnamon pretzel for sure!

Highlights:
👉 Even though it was 10000 Degrees outside it didn’t feel like it in our bay! The fans were blowing and the shade really saved the day!

👉 The food came out fast, hot and delicious! There were a ton of great options to choose from. Personal fave: Mac n chz bites!!

Overall:
Great experience for a brand new establishment! We had an office celebration here and it was a crowd pleaser for sure! We will be back!

We had:
🦀 Crab Empanada
🧀Spinach & Artichoke w/ Cheese Empanada
🥦Chicken, Broccoli and Cheese Empanada
🥩Beef & Cheese Empanada

Highlights:
👉 Personal faves were the crab & the Beef! But all 4 were savory and delicious! We would older all of them again! Next time we will save room for the apple empanada!

👉 Super affordable & fresh! All empanadas were under $5 and came out hot! Very reasonable catering prices as well!

Overall:
11/10!! A must try in DTSP if you are looking for fast, fresh and affordable bites! Grab a couple empanadas and scoot down to the pier for the perfect lunch. 🥰🌴

🔴 Atmosphere: Modern twist on Italian fine dining.

🔴 Top 3 Highlights:
1. Staff! Carrie, her counterpart bartender and the bar-back mad the experience very special for us!
2. TRUFFLE HOT HONEY!! It was on the flatbread & the Brussels sprouts. Best thing everrr!
3. Chef Fabio Viviani! 👨🏻‍🍳 he is a celebrity chef who is known for being on Top Chef! His specialty item on the menu are the meatballs!

🔴 Overview: We we’re looking for a low key, but special place to celebrate our 2 year wedding anniversary. Taverna Costale was the perfect spot! We really enjoyed sitting at the outside bar and talking with the bar staff. We plan on going back again soon to try the meatballs!

🎄Atmosphere: simple, sweet & on-brand!

🎄 Top 3 Highlights:
1. The dipping sauces!! Our favorites were icing & Dulce de leche
2. The churros are made fresh & fast!
3. You can get a sundae with a churro in it! 🤯

What we had: 6 churros w/ icing, dulce de leche, maple, and custard dipping sauces. (It was too hard to pick 2 lol)

Overview: This is one of the newest sweet editions to Central Ave in DTSP. It is a nice switch up from the typical ice cream joint. The churros and dips live up to the hype! Next time your sweet tooth is acting up you need to give this place a try! You’ll love it!

🎄Atmosphere: welcoming & laid back. (We went on a week night at 8pm)

🎄 Top 3 Highlights:
1. The service was great! The bartenders were super friendly and helpful with the menu.
2. The food was 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 the fried chicken had a PANCAKE underneath! *chefs kiss*
3. We loved how dog friendly it was!

What we had: 🦀Crab fries🍟 , 🌶️Nash’s Chicken🍗, and 🍤Shrimp and Grits🥣

Overview: we sat at the outside bar & had a great experience! The bartenders were awesome! We sat next to the cutest doggie named Stella lol the food came out fast, right and delicious. You definitely need to check this new spot out!
